CBF's Thriving Traits Assessment
The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship is working with select congregations, including ours, to refine its online questionnaire, designed to help congregations flourish.
The assessment is designed to help congregations recognize, develop, and use five traits that CBF has consistently identified as contributing to a congregation’s health and vitality: rooted relationships; compelling clarity; dynamic collaboration; holy tenacity; and faithful agility.
CBF will analyze how these five traits show up at First Baptist and help us understand how we can best utilize them to serve God and our community
If interested in taking the survey, please contact Ellen Wilson. Anyone who regularly attends our church is encouraged to participate. The online survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. Please consider that time a vital contribution to bringing our vision statement to life.
